All orders placed on Kaushah are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location. Kaushah ships domestically across India and internationally to select countries. Any duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.
We accept return requests raised within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Custom blouse stitching orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on the returns process.
